Colourful Glass Enamel Pendant Necklace with Japanese Kanji / Chinese letter, carefully handcrafted.
Pendant Top: Approximate 8/7″, (2.2 cm/22mm) diameter with sterling silver jumpring.
Necklace Length: Approx. 15 – 29″ (38 – 74cm), adjustable.

Making Kanji Pendant
On copper sheet base, washed powder like glass enamel has been applied and fired in the kiln at a high temperature (around 1500F / 800C).
Fine silver (100% pure silver) foil was applied to enhance the design and colour.
A Kanji / Chinese letter was hand written with special ink and fired and fused into the glass, so it won’t wear off.
